Employee Assistance Programs
In addition to the life, accidental death & dismemberment and long-term disability coverage already offered to the University, the Standard Insurance Company is now offering new programs at no cost to University employees. The programs are MEDEX Travel Assistance and an Employee Assistance Program.
The HorizonCare Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers consultation and resources to help employees resolve personal issues beyond their employer's ability. Horizon can help with child/elder care, drug and alcohol abuse and more.
MEDEX is a travel assistance program offering access to information and services during all stages of travel whether that be prior to departure, passport assistance, emergency situations during your travel, or any other type of travel assistance from security issues to medical supplies.
