The University will continue to subsidize dependent health premium costs for the 2012 calendar year at established amounts. This subsidy is reflected in the rates above.

Please note that these premiums are based on a 12-month pay schedule. Rates for employees paid over 9 months will be pro-rated accordingly.

This plan provides no subsidy for those selecting the Health Savings Account. However the University is providing the following amounts for 2012 into the employee's HSA: $750 per year for individual; and $1,500 per year for family coverage. The employee may also elect to place additional funds into the savings account up to the maximum allowable set by the IRS.

These rates will go into effect July 1, 2012.  Please contact Human Resources at 660-785-4031 or 660-785-7480 with questions or to obtain a tobacco use affadavit.
