Retirement Benefits

The University contributes a percentage of each employee's salary to the Missouri State Employees Retirement System (MOSERS). (Note: Not all the information at this site applies to Truman employees.) All full-time (non-faculty) University employees are members and are vested after five years of service.  As of July 2002, new faculty members will participate in MOSERS College and University Retirement Plan (CURP) and will vest immediately.
