Payroll deductions may be arranged for contributions to approved tax sheltered annuity companies. The list of approved companies is below. To begin deductions for a 403(b) company, contact that company's representative to create an account then complete the Truman State University Salary Reduction Agreement Form.
The Salary Reduction Agreement form is available here. Complete and sign the form then bring it to the Benefits Coordinator for approval. To cancel a deduction, check the "Termination" box and list all companies with $0 as the deduction amount.
