Vision Coverage by Spectera
Vision coverage is offered through
Spectera.
Two levels of vision coverage are being offered for 2008; Plan A offers basic
coverage for exams and co-pays on materials (frames, lenses, contacts), while
Plan B offers extended benefits for materials.
Services through a Non-Participating Provider:
When using a non-member provider, pay the full amount of the
bill and submit your original itemized receipt. Reimbursement
may then be requested from Spectera in writing. Visit
