“Serving as one of the first voices of Truman State University to prospective families in our office, the head of our budget and getting the materials we need for the entire Enrollment Management division of the university, and the staff liaison for Showgirls dance team, Joyce Carnes lives and breathes purple and white. She brings her passion for education and helping students and parents feel heard and valued to every situation. Her knowledge and experience are invaluable and the way she continues to support our students each year is an example to us all.”
