“Lana Bogeart is the first person that visitors to the School of Business meet, and she is an outstanding representative. Lana engages with visitors, faculty, and staff with professionalism. Students soon learn that Lana is the “go to” person with general questions about programs, events, and people in the School of Business. She is also extremely patient with the unexpected demands placed upon her by faculty and students. Students know that Lana cares about their educational experience and about them personally. Lana provides excellent advice to the students working in the front office; she gives tips and feedback about professional demeanor, dress, and expectations. Students seek her out for advice and support. She provides me with great administrative support and is the individual with whom I can bounce off ideas. Lana makes my work much more productive and enjoyable.”
