Truman State University recognizes the efforts made by its faculty and staff and values contributions made by all employees. Employees are recognized annually for years of service and on an ad hoc basis by recommendation and review. In addition, six Points of Excellence awards are presented to staff members and two Bulldog awards are presented to departments based on recommendations by staff, faculty, and students.
