The 2024 1095-C tax forms are now available. The 1095-C is an informational form that reports your employer-sponsored insurance coverage for the calendar year.
Under the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, paper copies of this form will no longer be automatically mailed. If you would like to receive a paper copy of this form, they are available upon request. Please contact the Office of Human Resources by calling 660-785-4031, emailing hrstaff@truman.edu, or sending a request in writing or in person to the HR Office located at 100 E. Normal Ave., McClain Hall 101, Kirksville, MO, 63501.
Current employees may also access this form electronically through TruView. Go to Tools. Choose Employee, then Employee Tools. Click on the “Tax Center” link. Then click on “1095C ACA Form” on the Tax Forms Menu and choose 2024 as the tax year. Click Display.
Current employees who did not sign up for the electronic version of their 1095-C, may enroll by following the directions below:
- Log on to TruView using your user name and password.
- Go to Tools. Choose Employee, then Employee Tools.
- Click on the “Tax Center” link.
- The Tax Center link opens a new page: Tax Forms Menu.
- Click on the “Electronic W2 Consent” link.
- On the Electronic W2 Consent form, check the box below “My Choice” to consent to receiving the 1095-C form electronically and then click submit.
- You have now consented to electronic 1095-C forms. To view this form, go back to the Tax Forms Menu and click on “1095C ACA Form.”
