Introduced by Missouri State Treasurer Scott Fitzpatrick, MO ABLE allows individuals with disabilities to save and invest tax-free without losing benefits such as Medicaid or SSI. Beginning January 1, 2020, Truman State University employees are able to save into MO ABLE accounts via automatic payroll deduction.
